Unbound '00 was the first year for the "California Screamin" route -- Yosemite Nat'l Park, Lake Tahoe, Lassen Volcanic Nat'l Park, Redwood Nat'l Park, "Avenue of the Giants" (Humboldt Redwoood S.P.), the Pacific Coast Highway and wine country (Napa and Sonoma Valley). By all accounts, for those that made the ride, the trip was another success. While the weather generally cooperated, we did hit some unusually cold weather on the ride to lake Tahoe.
And while there were no injuries (except maybe pride), the much coveted nicknames of "Sandy" and "Dusty" were bestowed on Glen and Kevin -- respectively. Thank God there was no "Cliff"!
